Shubb C2RG Capo Royale for Nylon String Classical Guitars, Rose Gold
The Shubb C2 Rose Gold Capo Royale features the same great design as the standard model capo, but now with a luxurious gold finish. Shubb's innovative finishing technique utilizes titanium to produce a long lasting, durable finish with all the beauty of real gold.
The C2G capo is designed for nylon string guitars with wide, flat fretboards such as classical guitars, flamenco guitars, and some folk guitars. It is 2.25" wide and features Shubb's roller wheel design for smoother action, superior geometry, and reduced wear. Shubb also added a contoured lever allowing for easier use and rounded ends that are softer to the touch. Available in two different finishes: Gold and Rose Gold.
When the Shubb capo was first introduced about 40 years ago, guitarists throughout the world fell in love with it and they’re still in love with it today. We’ve given it a few tweaks through the years, but its basic mechanical principle remains the same: A patented over-center locking mechanism that provides an unrivaled combination of power, speed, accuracy and ease of use. One smooth flip of the lever locks it securely in place, and removes it just as quickly.
The Shubb capo is by far the best at not creating tuning problems. Its soft, resilient rubber is specially designed to work just like a fingertip, so it doesn't bend the strings over the frets. Its closing action is just like your hand, so it doesn't pull the string off center. As a result, no re-tuning is necessary!
