But with long and hard use the rubber or plastic parts can begin to show some wear, and eventually effect the proper functioning of your capo. But you don't throw away a Mercedes when it needs new tires! Replacement sleeves and Delrin caps are available for our capos. The Shubb DC12 Replacement Delrin Caps fit all original Shubb capos and can also be a retro-fit for older capos that did not include the Delrin cap.
