The Legacy Plus has all of the key features required for the best possible mandolin tone. We start with a solid spruce top that we hand carve and graduate for that classic f-style mandolin bark. The back and sides are also solid with North American maple.
The Legacy plus also has a premium ebony fingerboard for another tonal advantage. As with all Michael Kelly mandolins the Plus is constructed using a classic dovetail neckjoint for maximum tonal resonance between the neck and body.
