Finally anyone can be a tinkerer! These highly sought after pickups that were previously only available on the EVH Wolfgang USA guitars are now available to everyone.
Designed to the meticulous standards and ears of rock's greatest player, it took over 80 prototypes in the development process before Eddie Van Halen approved these humbucking pickups for the EVH Wolfgang guitar. They are balanced and able to deliver balls-out overdrive and sustain without sacrificing the ability to clean up magnificently and articulate the cleanest passages when the volume is rolled down. As a replacement pickup they rule because they sound great in all woods, from mahogany and alder to basswood and beyond!
EVH Wolfgang Pickups are available for both the Bridge and Neck positions, and in Black, Chrome, and the original Black/White. (Six different Wolfgang pickups, in total). Includes mounting hardware and wiring diagram.
